***CM/ECF Unavailable During System Upgrade***

The United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma will be performing an upgrade to CM/ECF.  To allow appropriate time for installation and testing, CM/ECF (e.g. electronic case filing) will be unavailable starting at 6:00 PM CST on Friday December 6, until 2:00 PM CST on Sunday December 8, 2024.
