Parking - Public

General Information

There are no free visitor parking facilities for either of the two Northern District of Oklahoma courthouses in downtown Tulsa, OK. However, there are several fee-based parking facilities for general public use within a few blocks of both court facilities.

  • Parking Near the Page Belcher Building, 333 W. 4th Street, Tulsa, OK 74103
    • The following are suggested parking facilities near the Page Belcher Building.
      • Civic Center Parkade: 550 W 3rd St
      • American Parking: 410 S. Main St
      • Lot A: 11 W 2nd St
      • SP+ Parking: 112 W 3rd St

  • Parking Near the Boulder Courthouse, 224 South Boulder Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74103
    • The following are suggested parking facilities near the Boulder Courthouse:
      • American Parking: 410 S. Main St.
      • Lot 253 Downtowner Lot: 155 W 4th St.
      • Lot 129 100 West Garage: 100 W. 2nd St.
      • Lot 107 – KC Auto Hotel: 313 S. Cincinnati

Jurors

Jurors should be certain to select a lot that provides all-day parking. Jurors are eligible for a juror parking reimbursement ($10.00 per day) to cover their parking costs and do not have to turn in parking tickets to receive the reimbursement.
