The Administrative Office has revised the Civil Cover Sheet (Form JS-44) to clarify the existing categories in the Prisoner Petitions and Immigration sections. A copy of the new version is attached and available on our public website. Please discard any previous versions of the form.

John E. Dowdell, our newly appointed District Judge will be sworn in on Friday, December 28th at 3:00 by Chief Judge Frizzell in Courtroom 1.

Please mark your calendars. A ceremonial oath of office will be administered to Danny Williams, the new United States Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma, on Friday, December 14, 2012, in the Tulsa Ballroom at the Tulsa Convention Center located at 100 Civic Center (3^rd and Houston). The ceremony will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. featuring guest speaker Eric Holder, the Attorney General of the United States. A reception will follow with hot and cold hors d’oeuvres served in the foyer outside the ballroom.
