Court Closure - December 24, 2013
Per General Order 13-09 the Court will be closed on Tuesday, December 24, 2013.
Court Closed - 12/06/2013
Due to inclement weather, the court will be closed on Friday, December 6, 2013.
OKND and OKNP Websites Unavailable from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on 10/3/13
The websites for the U.S. District Court (www.oknd.uscourts.gov) and the US. Probation Office (www.oknp.uscourts.gov), Northern District of Oklahoma, will be unavailable this evening from 5:00 p.m. until approximately 7:00 p.m due to maintenance.
Judiciary to Remain Open If Government Shuts Down
In the event of a government shutdown on October 1, 2013, the federal Judiciary will remain open for business for approximately 10 business days. On or around October 15, 2013, the Judiciary will reassess its situation and provide further guidance. All proceedings and deadlines remain in effect as scheduled, unless otherwise advised. Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) will remain in operation for the electronic filing of documents with courts.
