The current term of office for United States Magistrate Judge Frank H. McCarthy at Tulsa, Oklahoma, is due to expire on April 9, 2019. The United States District Court is required by law to establish a panel of citizens to consider the reappointment of the magistrate judge to a new eight-year term.
The local committee on Admissions and Grievances of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma has approved amendments to the Court’s local rules of practice. Public comment is now solicited for these rules, which are available on the Court’s website at www.oknd.uscourts.gov.
